Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  1. Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to re-fill the spaces.
  2. You may cancel by email or online here.
  3. If you have to cancel your space, we provide you with a coupon for a future event if you cancel before the 72 hours, but do not offer refunds.
  4. You may use this coupon with any future event.
  5. If you do not cancel prior to the 72 hours, you will lose your deposit for the event.
  6. The final decision is with the event providers.  If you have been affected by special circumstances outside of your control then please provide full details when you request your cancellation for our consideration.
  7. If the event is cancelled by ourselves you will receive a refund rather than a voucher.  If you do not receive this automatically within 3 days of the cancellation please contact us via email.

Refund Policy

  1. In the rare event that you will be refunded rather than provided with a coupon, the refund will be processed by the same method as payment.  If you paid via Stripe, the card you used to purchase will be credited, and if you paid via PayPal the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
  2. We will process refunds within 3 working days of the agreement.
  3. While the refund will be processed immediately, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank and method of payment.
